- I interview a lot of C++ programmers, and I don't give a rat's ass how
- the learned C++, but they better know it. An MSCS with a 4.0 average
- at Big State University doesn't impress me at all. A solid
- understanding of data structures, C++ and OO design does. Not OO
- analysis, OO design. Most of our work doesn't require extensive
- analysis; the requirements fit on a couple pieces of paper. But I
- must have maintainable code.
